Fire & Dough was born in 2018 from a love of all things local and a passion for great food. Hexham born co-founders Ross and John set out with the objective of bringing authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas to the people of the North East, after experiencing some of the very best street food whilst travelling around the world.

Although not a ‘restaurant’ as such – it seems daft to not include such a brilliant local business in restaurant week! AND who doesn’t love a ‘Fire & Dough’ pizza to takeout!
